Opening a winery takes a village! The Rejoicing Vine has been build with the minds, hands, and backs of so many people. Here's to everyone who has helped us turn the vision of a mission centric winery into a reality. Ashley & Kim patently were our general contractors throughout the renovation of the old orchid nursery. They're phenomenal people & work with some amazing subcontractors throughout Indianapolis Need home remodeling, give the twins a call!

Josh at Gravel Doctor Indianapolis does it all! A real life Bob the Builder. He expanded our parking lot, installed our patio, and even helped with landscaping. Eternally grateful for all his back breaking, difficult work during the hottest of days.

The Purdue Wine Grape Team deserves a HEAP of praise for all they've done helping us connect and learn about the industry. We are deeply sadned that the state has cut their funding and we are forever grateful for them.

The whole team at Artisan Plumbing & Design are phenomenal! They reworked most of our plumbing to convert the orchid nursery to a winery. If you need a plumber for your home or commercial project give them a call.

The exquisitely talented Amy from Matinee Creative is the creative genius behind our logo, wine labels, and branding. This Indianapolis boutique branding firm is the real deal and supremely gifted. Thank-you Amy & Matt for all your help!

Brent got his winemaking education through UC Davis' phenomenal online program. The format allowed him to pursue the education while staying home with the kiddos and gave us the confidence to dive head first into the winery.

Joe Calderon at Barnes & Thornburg helped us early on navigate the waters of Marion county zoning. He paved the way for use to get the approvals we needed to convert the old Hoosier Orchid Nursery into an Indianapolis winery.

Rowland Architecture located in downtown Indy, now renamed Luminaut, helped us develop our winery's floor plan as well as navigate the permitting process for converting the orchid nursery to a winery.

We highly recommend krM Architecture of Indianapolis, IN for your architectural needs. krM came in at a critical point of our project and helped us develop our MEP plans. They were fast, efficient, and well priced.

Mac's Septic
Lou at Mac's Septic in Indy got us squared away with the health department and installed a brand new septic system for our facility. Responsive and a pleasure to work with, call Mac's Septic for all your septic needs.

Power Environments
TJ and the team at Power Environments here in Indianapolis did a fantastic job rewiring most of our tasting room and production facility to convert the orchid nursery into a winery. Kudos to them for their professionalism and a job well done.

Justin and the team at Preferred Global in Noblesville refinished our concrete floors and added a protective epoxy coating on our production area. Great work, great pricing, we would highly recommend them.

Winery Shout Outs
One of the things that surprised us the most was how welcoming and helpful the other Indiana wineries have been during our journey from idea to implementation. While there have been many wineries who have helped, we wanted to thank the following wineries for going above and beyond to help guide us.
Easley Winery
The Easley family has been open and inviting from day 1. Providing guidance, offering to help, and always answering our calls. Can't say enough good about Mark, Meredith and the Easley team. Their tasting room is in downtown Indy and their wines are available in retail shops across the state so support them whenever possible.

Two EE's
Eric at Two EE's winery located just southwest of Fort Wayne, IN in Huntington offered us guidance and his experience on winery wastewater and septic systems. Grateful for his perspective and willingness to always pickup the phone and help. When visiting the Fort Wayne area stop by and support this great Indiana winery.

Vineyards & Winery on the southwest side of Indianapolis helped us cut our teeth allowing us to work alongside him in the vineyard and cellar to gain that precious early experience working in the industry. Erik owner of Kokomo Winery in Sonoma, CA makes world class wines. A Kokomo, IN native his Hoosier hospitality shines when you see him at the Winery. He dropped what he was doing in the middle of harvest to meet with us and talk winemaking and the wine industry. Look for his wines at restaurants like Noah Grants in Zionsville, IN.
