We are looking for individuals willing to help us cultivate life in the tasting room, in the cellar, and on the farm. As a small family run business the position will encompass a broad range of responsibilities to meet the business needs as well as provide the individual opportunities for personal growth. Responsibilities may include:
Customer Cultivation - Cultivate life in the tasting room through development of authentic relationships with our valued guests
Community Building - Coordination and management of special events aimed at building community
Production Assistance - Learn and assist in winemaking activities, quality control, and development of new drinks and menu items
Farm Stewardship - Help in planning, execution, and management of crops on the farm with a focus on regenerative farming and environmental stewardship.
We offer very competitive pay plus tips and bonus opportunities. Our positions do require regular night and weekend shifts.
